Thank you for choosing Skin ChX for your Skin Cancer Screening. We understand that sometimes plans change and there may be occasions when you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure the smooth operation of our business and provide the best service to all our clients, we have implemented the following appointment cancellation policy and Refund Policy.

Payments Policy:

Skin Cancer Screening at our facilities are booked online together with the prepayment fee of $99. This ensures that our clients secure their appointment for our “fixed price” services in advance.
Please take into consideration that by processing the payment for your Skin Cancer Screening you are accepting our Terms and Conditions.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 2 days (48 hours) before the start of your appointment. Failure to provide at least 2 days’ notice will result in a cancellation fee of $99, which is the full prepayment amount.

Our clients don’t have the option to cancel prepaid appointments on their own. To request the cancellation of your appointment is very easy, you just have to contact us via email at info@skinchx.com.au

No Show Policy:

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without the 48 hours prior notice, the prepaid amount of $99 will be retained by Skin ChX. No refunds will be issued for no-show appointments. This policy is in place because missed appointments prevent other clients from being seen and disrupt the clinic’s schedule. The retention of the prepayment helps to offset the loss of time and resources that could have been allocated to another client.

By processing the prepayment of your appointment you are acknowledging and accepting our Terms and Conditions.

Refund Policy:

Once you cancel your appointment prior 48-hours of your appointment via email at info@skinchx.com.au, your refund will be processed as soon as possible and you will see the amount credited to your account in about 3 to 5 business days. Refunds are always processed to your original payment method.

No-Refunds Apply for the following scenarios:
Refund requests will not be accepted for:

  • Services provided (Skin Cancer Screening provided).
  • Cancellations that do not comply with our 48-hour prior notice cancellation
    policy, or instances of no-shows.
  • Additionally, refunds will not be granted for any other breaches of our service
    terms. Each refund request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness and adherence to our clinic’s policies.

Skin Cancer Screening On-Site:

Skin ChX clinic provides On-site Skin Cancer Screening, the goal is to ensure compliance with Work Health and Safety (WHS) legislation and to support employers in maintaining the health and wellbeing of their workforce.
Upon acceptance of the quote, a service agreement will be drafted and signed by both parties. The invoices will be issued, and the total amount must be paid in full 28 days prior to our scheduled visit.

Failure to make timely payments may result in the cancellation of the on-site service.
